Funerals

The church is here for everyone to offer God’s love, care and support at the time of bereavement. The Funeral Director will contact the clergy at your request or you can contact the clergy direct if you prefer, to make arrangements for a church service.

Our clergy are also able to conduct funeral services in Crematoriums and Cemetery Chapels and at the graveside.

All Souls’ Day Memorial Service

Every year we hold a service of Commemoration for the Faithful Departed at All Souls time. We contact all families whom we have met during the year following the loss of a loved one and for whom we have conducted a funeral service. They are invited to attend, to light a candle in memory of those they love but see no longer. This year’s All Soul’s service will be on the first Sunday in November at 3.00pm at Christ Church.
